Sandra Hsia brings 10 years of experience in civil litigation and family law to Summer Law. She has appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and various tribunals.
In her civil litigation practice, Sandra represented Zhou as counsel in Eyelet Investment Corp. v. Zhou, 2025 ONSC 4434, and as co-counsel on appeal in Eyelet Investment Corp. v. Zhou, 2026 ONCA 453. She assisted Zhou in successfully defending the plaintiff’s claim in the Superior Court and upholding that result on appeal.
In family and divorce litigation, Sandra has successfully represented clients on motions for partition and sale of property, contempt motions, and motions involving child support and spousal support. She also regularly assists clients in negotiating cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, and separation agreements.
Sandra’s approach centres on understanding each client’s circumstances and priorities. She aims to provide flexible, realistic options tailored to their needs, helping clients make informed decisions about the path forward.
